BROWAR STU MOSTÓW (PL)
There’s amazing beer coming out of Poland – and Stu Mostów are making it. Taking your steps into their brewery facility is impressive to say the least. Greg and Arletta went about making their dream to have a brewery a reality by going to whole 9 yards to install one of the best bloody brewhouses in the world alongside their amazing taproom, bakery and beautiful foodie focused brewery restaurant.
Stu Mostów have been tearing it up all over Europe for some time now and we’d bonded over many many beers at events throughout last year. When they asked if we’d like to make a beer together, it was already a done deal.
This year we got together to make ART24 – a DDH DIPA with Oats & Spelt which was banging.
Stu Mostów are and should be well known for their malt forward and sour offerings, making beautiful and intricate stouts, sours that are well balanced in their acidity and fruits and we even had an Eisbock from them this year that was out of this world.
We should be getting more of these in Ireland and Fidelity is a great opportunity to share these brews with the yet uninitiated. We’re super excited to be hosting Wroclaw’s finest join us in the bleeding Mayor’s gaff this month.
